Renewal Policies - Summary:

• Shutterbug Storefront accounts will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle - either monthly or annually. 
• Users are responsible for monitoring their renewal dates in administrative area and canceling accounts as they wish to do so.
• There are no refunds on account subscription charges after initial 30-day period.
• Subscription charges will be deducted from existing sales balances if there is a sufficient balance present.  Otherwise, the credit card on file will be charged.

Automatic renewal / How to cancel
An Shutterbug Storefront account automatically renews on the billing cycle chosen - either monthly or annually.  Since the interface readily makes cancellation available at any time, and because we have many accounts on a monthly renewal basis, we currently do not send out any notices prior to renewal.  To cancel the service, log in and go to "Account > Settings > Cancel Account"

Refund policies
There are no refunds on account subscription charges after initial 30-day period.  All cancellations must occur prior to a renewal date.  If an account is canceled with unused time remaining, the account will remain open until the next renewal date.  No retroactive cancellations will occur. Subscription Charges - Sales Balance:
Shutterbug Storefront reserves the option to deduct any recurring subscription fees coming due from any existing sales balance due the user/photographer. If your sales balance has adequate funds, the subscription fees will be paid out of this balance. If not, the credit card on file will be charged.
