Administrative Duties

There are some basic administrative duties that we hope everyone takes seriously and keeps up to date:

Current Address Information:

This is important because your correct address on file allows up to send you your paychecks!  There are 3 areas in the site that you need to keep your address updated:

  1. Contact information ("Main screen > Contact Information")
    This is optional to display, but we strongly suggest you keep some means of contacting you available for your customers.  It gives them confidence to purchase online from you.  If you have any of this activated, you need to keep updated contact information.
  2. Your Administrative Address ("Main screen-> Billing & Payment settings") This is the important one!  This is where we send you your paychecks!
  3. Packing Slip information ("Main screen -> White label settings")
    This is the return address your customers see for your "studio."  Keep this up-to-date as well.

If you have any address changes, you would simply log in and take care of these three (3) areas.

Order Fulfillment:
When a customer places an order, they have a reasonable expectation that it will be filled in a prompt, efficient manner.  If you have to upload an optimized file to do a fulfillment, or if you have a self-fulfillment order, we would ask that you do so in a timely manner to ensure good customer relations.

It is very discouraging to see an order left unattended for weeks and to get a phone call in Support from a distraught customer feeling that their order has been ignored.

If you are going to be away for an extended period of time on an assignment and cannot fulfill orders, please make arrangements on your site to leave a message to that effect.

Credit Card Information:
You can change/update your Credit Card on file from within your administrative area.  ("Billing & Payment settings -> Change credit card info")  Please make sure we have one with a current expiration date.  Please remember that, in addition to your subscription charges, we assess against that card for any voucher sales that go beyond your sales balance.

Other reminders:

  • If you have any (C) 2007 information (footers, watermarks, back printing, etc...) - keep the current year up-to-date.
