Turn around time depends on the product ordered. The times posted below are guidelines and MAY change and be extended during normally busy time periods.
- prints up to 8x12 in glossy, luster or matte: 1 business day
- prints larger than 8x12, or metallic finish: 2 business days
- gift merchandise (mugs, magnets, etc.): 2 to 3 business days
- folded cards: 3-7 business days
- picture postage stamps: 2 business days
- canvas-mounted prints: 5 business days
NOTE: There are various locations from which prints and merchandise is shipped. Notification emails warn both photographers and customers that orders may be split into different segments may ship from different locations.
Orders are normally processed in the order they come in, but sometimes, depending on print runs of different paper finishes, one order may "jump ahead" of another by short periods of time.
Please note that the times posted above are business days. That means orders processed and that have been made ready to ship on late Friday and over the weekend will most likely ship the following Monday. Orders placed on Sunday may ship the following Tuesday. Orders placed on the Sunday or Monday of a three day holiday weekend may ship the following Wednesday.

Always take these factors into consideration for merchandise and prints to arrive at its destination:
- Turnaround times need to be factored into consideration when selecting shipping methods and shipping times! The shipping times DO NOT include these turnaround times...
Turnaround time + Shipping time = Time to destination. (In other words, if a canvas print needing 5 days turnaround time is ordered with overnight shipping, it will get there in 6 days...)
- Turnaround times are measured from the time an image is made ready for the lab to print. If images require optimized files for printing, (display only workflow) it is assumed that the photographer will act in a timely manner to get the files uploaded. It is up to the photographer to regularly check their emails for upload notifications and to check their administrative interface for the uploads required to fulfill orders.
