We currently only accept ".JPG" images for display and for printing.
Any attempt in uploading other image files will result in an error.
When you go to save your JPG files please remember the following points:
- Save the JPG in the sRGB color space only.
- Do not save the JPG with any embedded profile.
- Do not save the JPG with any attached thumbnails (common with Photoshop and Lightroom editing...)
If you attempt to upload a JPG file with the web uploader, and you cannot see the thumbnail in the upper window (shows a placemarker only), it is usually an indicator that one of the above items is effecting the image file and making it incompatible.
Additionally, if you have uploaded any non-standard JPGs or any other non-supported files, you will most likely see a generic thumbnail symbol in the gallery as a placemarker. Again, this is an indicator that there was an non-compatibility issue with the file(s).
