If you have any specific questions, we suggest you always email us at support@shutterbugstorefront.com. This is the quickest way to get an answer. Support is monitored regularly M-F from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Eastern Time, and periodically after hours and on weekends.
We do realize that some people prefer to talk to someone personally, and when you call and leave a message we will do our best to respond back via email as soon as possible. We are willing to call you if you like, but it is based on workload only - email responses take priority.
We do want to stress that even if you have many questions it is much quicker to get us through an email, as all support emails can be read by the entire team, and that way when one person is off, another can easily pick up any issue and assist in getting it resolved for you as quickly as possible.
Also, a great resource is our 'Shutterbug Storefront User Forum' (unofficial) which was created by one of our users and contains a great resource of trading information and tips. We must stress that we do NOT moderate the forum nor does our Support Department regularly check it . We suggest that you DO NOT ask any time sensitive or technical questions there, as those should be directed to our support staff via email.
However, it can be useful to put out questions in the forum that are not directly related to technical issues... Examples are:
- Questions regarding how other people market
- Feedback about photo techniques
- Feedback about gallery set ups - what works and what doesn't
- Discussion of digital photography tools
- Photography business practices
