All accounts automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle, and save for our initial 15 day satisfaction guarantee, are non-refundable. Most of our users use our sales system as well, either through our Professional Lab, or through Self-Fulfillment. Our commission base for sales is a simple 10% off from the total of the sale, net, prior to shipping costs and applicable taxes.
